|---|---|---|---|
| Ceiling height | 9 ft | 10 ft | maker |
| Room depth | 16 ft | 18 ft | maker and retailer |

| Monitor behind the ball | 8 ft to 10 ft | not published | retailer |
The calculator uses 17.64 ft as the depth minimum and 18 ft as the recommendation. That is the larger of the stated depth and the distance behind the ball plus the ball to screen distance plus 1.64 ft behind the screen. The ceiling bar rises to your height plus 36 inches, or 48 inches for a driver. See the methodology.
The Full Swing KIT sits behind the ball, so the room has to hold the monitor, the swing and the flight toward the screen.
Maker package pages tie width and ceiling to screen size: 10 ft screen needs 12 ft wide and 9 ft ceiling, 12 ft screen needs 14 ft wide and 10 ft ceiling.

A guide, not a guarantee
Golf Room Fit is a guide, not a guarantee. Figures are what the maker or a retailer publishes, and we have not tested any product. Measure your room twice, swing a club in the space, and check the maker's own page before you buy.
Golf Room Fit may earn a commission when you buy through links on this page. It never changes the math or the ranking.
