Golf Room Fit is operated by Carvenience Bookings, Chamber of Commerce (KVK) 74753525, Cartesiusstraat 90, 2562 SL Den Haag, Netherlands. Carvenience Bookings is the controller for the data described here.
Your room details
The calculator runs in your browser. The room size, your height and your choices are not sent to us. The calculator keeps them in the address of the page, so a link you share contains them.
Visit statistics
We count visits with Umami, an analytics tool hosted on our own servers. It sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses. It records the page, the referring site, the browser and device type, the country, and a few named events such as running the calculator or opening a shop link. Event values are coarse outcomes such as fits or tight. Room sizes and heights are never recorded.
Server logs
Our web server records each request: the time, the page, the response and the browser type. These logs leave out IP addresses and the part of a page address after the question mark. When you open a link that starts with /go/, the server also logs which link it was and the page you came from.
Settings in your browser
The site stores nothing in your browser. The cookie page says so.
If you write to us, we use your address and message to answer you, and delete the thread once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, a correction or the deletion of your data at info@golfroomfit.com. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
